Dungmali Heritage Village Resort (Namchi)

The location and over all very well maintained open spaces it has.

Location was excellent, view of mount Kanchenjunga was beautiful from our room.

Breakfast was good but dinner was okay.

The location is amazing. Staff were very helpful. It's clean and very well maintained. Very close to the rose garden. Very much value for money.

Nice hotel near the jungle. If you like nature, it’s the perfect place. The owner and the team are very nice.

We only stayed for 1 night however this place is located a little far from Namchi but kinda close to the CharDham temple. Becuz our room was the top room, the view from the balcony was wonderful

This isn’t a complaint, instead a suggestion to somehow have mesh installed in either the windows or the balcony door so that the customers can keep them open without being bothered by the insects ?

The host and the entire place are simply brilliant . It was surprisingly run by such great set of people who cater you all your small needs to make you feel comfortable. Hands down one of the best place I’ve stayed in the entire Sikkim trip.

I may be picky, but a fan inside the cottage would be good - only because I need fan while I sleep. Again this is just me and I have zero complaints with this place

It was an awesome experience to be in the lap of nature, really beautiful and clean property, away from noise and pollution very peaceful,helpful staff.

We loved the place!

Excellent!! I was a bit skeptical at first as my parents ( senior citizen ) went alone there and Menuka and the entire team at Dungmali Heritage took really good care of them and kept me updated as well. My parents were extremely happy and satisfied with their heartful service and we're already planning a revisit. Kudos to the team.??-Daughter of Pranesh! :)

The location is excellent, just a short distance from Namchi Chaardham. Our room was quite spacious, provided with everything you need. The food was good. Staffs were friendly. A total value for money. We would happily visit again and would recommend to otgers as well.

The walk from the resort to their restaurant might be little difficult for elderly persons.

The resort was very beautiful and have mesmerizing view of Kanchanjungha at early morning. It's very well decorated and have a beautiful garden with lots of colorful flowers. Kids will enjoy the stay because of the fish pond, real rabbit and foot bridge etc. Rooms are also good and clean.

Food taste could be improved a bit. Though it was not bad.

Perfect location to view Kanchenjunga mountain and visit Char Dhan (1 min by car). The resort is located at a top location so the view is spectacular. Also nice garden, hospitable staff and good food.

Cleanliness was good but I think it can be better.

When I asked about Airport transfer, I was given one contact of driver named Pranay. We feel lucky to get a driver like him, it is quite rare to find such well behaved, expert driver like him. He made our travel hassle free and very enjoyable. Moreover, everyone of the resort were quite professional, very helpful and well behaved. We stayed in one family suite at the top floor, the view of Kanchenjunga from the balcony was the best comparing to other view points in Namchi at least.

Perfect Location with mountains around. The Staff was excellent and the food. Overall experience was great and perfect. Rates were very reasonable which surprised me.

Bathrooms need some maintenance and lack of charging points in the room as in both rooms the secondary boards were not working. Need maintenance in the rooms. Second Biggest problems we had was Drinking water in the Night. We were out of drinking water and had nothing till next day morning, This is a serious issue. There should be someone in the lobby in case of emergency.
